Our Advice Process
Its always a bit easier when we know what’s going to happen next, right?
Here is your guide to our flexible process; From initial enquiry all the way through to completion, it is designed with you in mind to make the process as easy as possible.

1. Say Hello!
Text, Whats App, DM, E-Mail, Call, Write, Carrier Pigeon – whichever way you prefer to make contact suits us just fine!
Once we receive your enquiry, we will be in touch to have a chat and see what we can do to help, we’ll book a time in the diary to have an initial chat; Virtually, by phone or face to face – the choice is yours.
After your appointment is booked, we will set up your online portal registration. This will be your space in our world of mortgages and protection!

2. Sharing is caring
Our online portal is where we share information relating to your mortgage.
You will find all your useful documents here and you can complete your client questionnaire before your appointment.
(This can be accessed from the device of your choosing and of course, if you have any questions, we are always here to help.)
This allows us to do some initial research for you before we meet, and saves us time for a more in depth conversation about what really maters – your mortgage!

3. Let’s Chat
Time for a proper chinwag! I’ll warn you now, I do love a chat, but this is about you…
The initial appointment is time for you to tell me about your situation, what you want to achieve and anything you are specifically looking for in your mortgage. It’s also time for you to ask all of the questions!!
At this stage we will also discuss mortgage protection and financial planning so that you can start to think about how you want to address this.
It can take as little or as much time as you need but 20 minutes to an hour is typical.

4. Research Time
By this point you will have your completed your client questionnaire and we’ll have had a good old chat, so we’ll have a really good understanding of your situation and what is important to you.
We will then use our market knowledge and the latest broker tools to complete the research and match you with the most suitable provider and your mortgage & protection options.

5. Your Options
Once our research is completed, we will book a meeting in to talk you through our recommendations and the various options available to you for both your mortgage and protection, we discuss the pros and cons of the different options and answer any questions.
We then finalise the recommendation and prepare your application.

6. Applications
Once you are happy with the final recommendation, we will submit your applications for you and take care of all the paperwork for you.
All the regulatory documents and relevant illustrations will be in one place, your client area, meaning you don’t have to keep searching through emails or piles of paper to locate them! Result.
✅ Post Application

We don’t stop just because we’ve submitted your application! We keep chasing!
Once your application is submitted we keep in contact with the lender to ensure we receive an a mortgage offer as soon as possible.
Once we have your offer, we will also liaise with everyone else involved in the process; estate agents, solicitors and other professional parties on your behalf to ensure a smooth and swift completion.
You will be kept updated at all times and, as always, we are on hand to answer any questions throughout.
