Initial Chat
This is a 30 minute slot to discuss what you’re looking for, ask the questions you have, get some initial advice and get a plan of action.
Share
Next, we get you set up on our secure portal, so you can securely share all the information needed for the next steps and track progress of your case.
Fact Find & Research
Now we book in a longer meeting to review your information, documents and discuss your mortgage preferences so we have everything we need to find the right recommendation for you. (We can submit a Decision in Principle for you at this stage)
Recommend & Apply
Research completed, we will present the recommendation to you, answer any questions you have and once you’re happy with everything, we submit your application to the lender. Application submitted, we then liaise with the lender through to mortgage offer.
Protection & Updates
Mortgage sorted we will then discuss mortgage protection with you and give you some different options to consider. We will also keep in touch with everyone involved: solicitors and estate agents to keep you updated and resolve any issues through to completion.
