Is joining a new band…

Because TMW has reached the stage, that to grow and improve it needs more people: it needs a team.

But…

I don’t have the resources to employ staff in a way that aligns with my values; y’know paying them what they’re worth, along with some banging terms and conditions!!

Which left me a bit stuck…

Either I continue as I was, or find a solution… So I made the difficult decision to find a new home for That Mortgage Woman.

So, from the 10th August 2026

I will be moving That Mortgage Woman to another local firm within the Stonebridge Network – HUDSON ROSE and following the move will operate as HUDSON ROSE.

Here I will be part of a larger team and have access to some really exciting tech making the whole mortgage and protection advice process quicker and smoother… So I can concentrate on what I love: advising rather than running a business. Result!

Clare has been absolutely phenomenal throughout this entire process as first time buyers, I found her through Google search and reviews upon our return to the UK after an extended period living abroad. Her initial consultation (which wasn’t even charged for) ensured we knew exactly what we needed to make sure we were able to move forward with a house purchase as soon as possible. Our case was relatively complex due to my husband being foreign however Clare was extremely experienced and proactive dealing with our case, in particular his visa status. I cannot recommend Clare enough, her time and effort spent on our case (even when on holiday abroad we were updated daily) was greatly appreciated . We ran into an unexpected issue with my employment however Clare had already previously planned out our back up option(s) if needed and the issue was resolved within 24 hours.
