Is joining a new band…

Because TMW has reached the stage, that to grow and improve it needs more people: it needs a team.

But…

I don’t have the resources to employ staff in a way that aligns with my values; y’know paying them what they’re worth, along with some banging terms and conditions!!

Which left me a bit stuck…

Either I continue as I was, or find a solution… So I made the difficult decision to find a new home for That Mortgage Woman.

So, from the 10th August 2026

I will be moving That Mortgage Woman to another local firm within the Stonebridge Network – HUDSON ROSE and following the move will operate as HUDSON ROSE.

Here I will be part of a larger team and have access to some really exciting tech making the whole mortgage and protection advice process quicker and smoother… So I can concentrate on what I love: advising rather than running a business. Result!
